Making Your Appointment
Bookings are made by contacting our administration team at ‘The Well’ or by filling out a contact form. Our colleagues will talk you through the different elements of the medical, answer any questions you may have and make an appointment for a date and time that best suits you.
You will then receive by post or e-mail a confirmation letter, a Faecal Occult testing kit with instructions (for those over the age of 50), a short questionnaire to be completed and brought along on the appointment day along with a map and directions to find us.
