Making a Health Screening Appointment
Bookings are made by contacting our Practice Manager Caroline and her administration team at ‘The Well’. Our colleagues will talk you through the different elements of the medical, answer any questions you may have and make an appointment for a date and time that best suits you.
You will then receive by post or e-mail a confirmation letter, a Faecal Occult testing kit with instructions (for those over the age of 50), a short questionnaire to be completed and brought along on the appointment day along with a map and directions to find us.
