Making an appointment for a medical
Bookings are made by contacting our team. We will talk you through the different elements of the health screening medical, answer any questions and make an appointment for a date and time that best suits you.
You will then receive by post or e-mail a confirmation letter, a Faecal Occult testing kit with instructions (for those over the age of 50), a short questionnaire to be completed and brought on the appointment day along with a map and directions to find us.
